Did not mean to sound "butt hurt". Glad I could help clear this up for you. Here is an update from my experience. I placed an "upgrade" order for my phone on the 13th....rcvd an email on the 18th from Bluefish that the phone will be shipping and I should have the phone in 3-5 days. I placed a "new" order for my wife on the 14th (we do not share minutes...long story...she was on tmobile). She rcvd 2 emails on the 18th. First one from Bluefish saying the phone will be shipping and she should have it in 3-5 days. Then she rcvd a second email that was from Sprint that gave the new phone number and tracking number.
So now I am waiting on the email that says my phone has actually shipped. Not sure how her's shipped before mine did....o well.
Edit: rcvd email from bluefish on the 19th with tracking #. was sent UPS 2 day air..will arrive 20th.
