Ok... I don't get it... maybe its the time of day/night (about 9pm here) that I've called, but tried both *2 and the number posted earlier and was told both times that all they can do is order me another TP... the first time I just used *2 and they ordered it w/o me verifying my address or anything (said they would call back and never did, I just got the e-mail confirmation later)... so I get the phone today and just I suspected, just as bad if not worse. There's a big gap between the keyboard and screen and it overheats just like all the others... I haven't had it long enough to see if it locks up... so I called it in, this time using the number from a few posts back... and was told the same thing - "well what we can do is another advanced exchange", when i asked if it would be the same phone, they said "yea, you've only done one exchange". now to be fair, he did put me on hold to supposedly check with his supervisor and then came back and told me their system wouldn't give them the option of a different phone... so I told them not to worry with it for now... i'm going to try calling back during the day tomorrow.
