I assume that if you activate a phone bought on eBay with your current Sprint number, you just continue with the current plan and costs. I have a very low rate due to an employer deal.

Yes...and FWIW, I just bought my TP2 off eBay. $350+shipping and it was brand new, in-box, and registered just fine with Sprint. Sucks they won't let me keep insurance...what a rip-off.
