I had this problem with my 3day old phone. re-flashed still does it. Last time it happened, I called the phone and it vibrated and the keyboard lights came on but I couldn't answer the phone and it wouldn't wake up. Had to press reset button to re-boot phone. I hope someone can figgure this out soon or the phone goes back.
