Actually ya I do use a magnetic case. I already had to fix it so that it wouldn't come unlocked in the case all the time when I put it in, is the flipping another magnetic case issue?

EDIT: Ya it seems to be a magnet issue as it only happens when its coming out of the case. Anyway to anyone interested I solved the issue a little by disabling the auto rotate at HKCU\Software\HTC\HTCSENSOR\GSensor, although if anyone has any ideas on a better fix itd be much appreciated.
