). I had the same problem Friday afternoon, and when I tried *228 option 1 (which failed), it gave me a number to call from my VZ phone. I called that number, talked to their support for a couple of minutes and told them I couldn't make or receive calls but that everything else was working, and she did something on her end that sent an update to my phone and re-authorized it on the network.
