28205 is the fastest build I've yet used, with the best battery life - BUT(!!!!!) - it's really flakey with HTC dialers (tried Rhodium, Tachi, Quilin, modded Leo): gets hung for several seconds after call ends, dialer scrollbar nastiness... So if you don't use Sense or Manila it's great, but otherwise I have to recommend 23518.
23518 has threaded e-mail, Office 2010, and battery life is not as good, but overall a fantastic SYS, also my current choice.
Been trying to do a 28205 / 23518 hybrid - 23518 threaded mail & Office 2010, with 28205 battery & speed - but haven't achieved total success yet. Anybody here got that working 100%?
