I would normally agree with that too. I did a flashdance before this one was put on. It was fine since I put it on and then just out of the blue at work it did that today. I have not added anything in the last day or so. I don't really know what caused it but manilla is kinda flakey now.

It sounds like possibly a manila file became corrupted, so the only way to fix that reliably is to do a hard-reset. If that doesn't fix it then it's a bad flash (still could be a random corrupted bit of data that isn't part of the ROM when it gets flashed properly) and re-flashing's the way to go.
