Ok, I tried exactly as you suggested and I see the same Bluetooth battery suck down. If Bluetooth is on at boot it draws 150ma at 30% screen. Toggle Bluetooth and it immediately drops to 50ma. Something is messed up in V1.4 kitchen.
I did exactly what you said and I attached my .erv file. If I use this exact same erv file with V1.33 Kitchen I don't see the bluetooth battery drain.
