The thread below has a nice cab that has worked perfectly for me using latest Mighty 6.5 on VZW. Used the cab "Pandora+VGA+IVAN1+SC.cab" which you can find in the attachments in:

Some post have people with songs cutting off. I had no such issues. Good luck.
