What I got so far (still needs some work: 3 main buttons need to change when touching and appointments don't come on screen as I would like)

Locked screen (S2US)
Homescreen (UITweaker, PMCShrinkToday, rlToday, Mortscript)
Dialer (BlackDialer)
Incoming call (S2U2)
Cube 6 app side (manual tweaking)
