Then use your paypal account. Your rep is good and all, but that still doesn't protect the seller from certain obscure situations with the methods you propose.
Here's one I like to use on forums, and I've allowed people to do this to me. I sell you something, you pay with paypal and give me a day to ship, then file a dispute. The day to ship allows me to use the paypal funds to print off the shipping label. The dispute freezes the funds from being withdrawn from my account until it's resolved, and one days isn't enough time for me to withraw and run.
Once you get the item (or I see it's been delivered by tracking) you close the dispute, or if the buyer doesn't close (for any reason) I Just provide my tracking number to paypal and the dispute is closed with no harm done to either party.
This is good because it protects both parties from one thing that paypal doesn't do such a good job with; the seller withdrawing the money and taking off.
