Hey, my husband received a TP2 as a replacement for his. He took it in 3 times for repairs. All of them were crap. So, instead of going to the repair center he went back to a sales store and said he'd like to cancel our account because no one could find a phone that worked. He described how rude the service people were while we waited on the phone. (the truth, unfortunately) Two days before Christmas a TP2 came in the mail.

I've used his phone quite a bit and do not like it at all. When I'm trying to type or view websites my hand keeps hitting the keyboard and sliding it out. It weighs a ton. Can I just have a FREAKING non-KB HTC that doesn't suck!!!??? Sorry, built up anger with Sprint.
