Verizon is Changing Its Pricing

Verizon is Changing Its Pricing Multiple sites have reported an upcoming change in Verizon's pricing occurring on Monday. Changes are summarized below:

1) All multimedia phones will incur a mandatory additional $9.99 fee for 25MB of data. Phones include enV3, Chocolate Touch, and a host of others (the list includes 9 phones, so check it out).

2) Smartphones will still require the $29.99 data plan.

3) Pricing for unlimited minutes is dropping 30%.

These changes will only affect NEW customers, so if you're thinking of buying one of those multimedia phones (without an unlimited plan), you might want to do it before Monday.
