No problem!
Some .apks (modified too) can be tricky to install and may cause your phone not to boot (even with a simple edit) & (thanks for Nandroid backup!). I am running MoDaCo 2.0 with apk's added from Fresh 1.1
And Android 1.6, 2.0, 2.0.1 & 2.1 apk's will likely not work on 1.5. (There are exceptions like YouTube)
But if it's posted here then I would
assume:
1. That its safe to install on your Sprint Hero running 1.5 unless otherwise noted
2. It's been previously tested before posted...
