you should be saving your manila files one by one or in groups. to not attempt to replace ALL manila files every time......simply transfer edited manila file to storage card, then use total commander to move to windows directory and overwrite... CFC GUI automatically stops manlia copies file to device, then restarts manila, all with the click of a button. very handy if you are just editing images.... you can find all this info on my post below
