I've really been enjoying:
Chop Sushi
Spore Origins
Flight Commander
Tower Defense
Need for Speed - Undercover
Prison Tycoon
Sid Meyer's Pirates
All are full WVGA and look and play very well.
I actually world say avoid Gameloft games like the plague. They're usually so-so games... and they generally only let you install them in the main memory, whether you select them to go onto a storage card or not. Annoying to say the least.
