I have never used GV before and I am not sure how it works in relation to cell phone minutes.
Read on Google's site that going through their website to initiate the call = FREE call.
Also that calling Google from the device and having Google handle the call = FREE minutes calling.
Now it also said that if someone calls your Google number to get your cell phone it = FREE minutes calling.
Is all that true or am I missing something?
So if that is all true then using iDialer or GoVoMO would always = FREE calling and not use Carrier minutes.

I get unlimited free mins. using google voice (iDialer/GoVoMO) + 3 Free unlimited outside the network thru Sprint. So here how it works with Sprint's 3 unlimited outside the network number, should work with any such plan fav five etc:
1. Under your google voice account in settings put your cell # (Sprint in my case) to forward the google voice calls
2. Under google voice setting only, choose option to show google voice number on your phone and not callers number ( I don't know whether this setting really matters but I have this)
3. Give out this number to all your friends.
4. Now add this google voice number as one of the 3 number in your sprint account for free unlimited mins. outside the network feature
5. Now configure your iDialer/GoVoMO with steps you have mentioned and enjoy unlimited incoming/outgoing mins. without using your anytime mins.
I hope this helps.
Edit: BTW I just tried GoVoMO and it works flawlessly and much better than iDialer GV. Thanks again!
