Initially I installed the clear themes through the bootloader, but they were specific for the fresh ROM.

How would I go about installing these?

Place the .zip in the root location of your SD card.

Then reboot to Recovery Screen (the screen with the (3) little Androidies on skateboards...)

Press "Home" key

Cycle down to "Flash zip from sdcard"

Press down trackball

Press trackball again

Press "Home"

Reboot

Done!
