Allow me to assist you.

Read this thread from beginning to end.

Aside from that, these are the forum rules:

1. No curse words. And dont try to fool the Swear Filter. Instead use

2. No Posting of Adult Material without "*18+ Only*" at the beginning of the title. And all 18+ Only posts go into the Off Topic Forum.

3. Please use the search feature before starting new threads. Odds are we have already discussed your probelm.

4. No Flaming anyone, we are all friends.

5. Posting of Illegal software is not permitted. So DON'T do it.

6. We have a warning/banning system built in and we will use it.

Just follow these few simple rules and enjoy!
Verbally heated or not it can still be kept professional. I dont know of any reasonable situation wherein debating a point saying things like "STFU" is appropriate. Regardless, its against the forum rules a user agrees to when they sign up for an account.

EDIT - Personally i have yet to work in an environment, lab or not, where degrading or being anything less than professional was appropriate or accepted. In my business and businesses i work with it is expected to maintain the highest level of professionalism in all situations.

Thanks in advance for your cooperation.
