Try installing the attached verizon.cab file and resart the phone. After that, go back into the settings where you set the server to http://mms.vtext.com/servlets/mms?X-VZW-MDN=<your ten-digit phone number> (I also put a 1 in front of my phone number), also below that change the "connect via" to Verizon Wireless (doesn't show up until after the attached cab is installed) and set the "WAP version" to none. Those are the settings I use and have not had any issues. I hope that helps. Thanks.
