Do like I did, call them up and provide ticket number (866-869-6686). Speak to a rep on the phone and tell them you are having issues with your phone. If is not an upgrade then just tell them you dont have a phone. They dont charge your card. She gave me the option to add to bill or charge card. I believe the just add charge to the bill... Don't hesitate, give them a call right now. Let me know how it turns out.
