Win 7 no sync unless started on phone
Using Windows 7 with WMDC and Sync Center. When I plug phone into USB, it connects (WMDC shows connected), a sync never starts unless I open ActiveSync on the phone and start a sync from there.

How can I get it to sync automatically on connection as it did with WinXP and ActiveSync?
