Yeah, there's a registry setting that you need to change to get rid of this problem. It's to change the speed at which you're reading the card I think.
HLM/Drivers/SDCARD/ClientDrivers/Class/SDMemory_Class/BlockTransferSize=32
HLM/Drivers/SDCARD/ClientDrivers/Class/MMC_Class/BlockTransferSize=32
I set mine to 32, I don't remember what the default is. It's been a while. I haven't had the issue since.
