Thanks, but those are the registry tweaks I was talking about that I already did. And like I said, they worked beautifully in 6.1, not so much in 6.5.

A little from column A, a little from column B. I'd prefer the number to stay below 60% when I'm not running any apps (as I mentioned, it begins after a soft reset at around 46%). When it hits the mid 70's it starts to get sluggish, and when it goes above 80 then I start to have problems with apps not starting.

Thanks for the tip about cleanRam. I'm downloading it now.
