I posted this in another thread, thought I'd share here: Went in for an adv exchange on my diamond today. Was told that I'd be getting a BNIB diamond as the replacement device. The rep said that since they've taken it down from the site, they are using the remaining inventory of new devices as high priority exchange/replacements... guy would'nt say if he knew what was coming next though, but did it should be 'soon'.

Side note, of all the 12+ exchanges i've had done on my diamonds this is the first BNIB...
