EDIT: oh you meant on contract (why get a contract nowadays?)
I wasn't paying attention that closely. T-Mobile allows for up to 20 monthly payments of your phone if you go no-contract. Plus, with 2010: the Year of Windows Mobile, you may want to go no-contract if you're really phone-hungry.
