Activation of a new two year agreement on both a qualifying voice plan and data service is required. A data service is needed in order for the phone to work properly and to provide you with access to your favorite websites, e-mail, directions, and more. Once added, the data service may not be removed during your contract term but can be changed to other data services compatible with your device.
