Try redownloading. Usually archive files (zips, rars, 7zs, etc.) get corrupted when you don't receive 100% of the data (if your internet gets cut off in the middle, etc.).

I've tried this three times each on mediashare and rapidshare when I tried to flash two days ago and even today I got the same results...
