You can see it ends the data connection on the phone, but doesn't dial it back up. It seems like there should be some COM port settings?

I got the same thing, except mine hung at 55%. What I did to get around it was to disable all the data connections. I used a program called Pocket Toolman 2. It has a data connection tool that lets you configure the DUN and the Sprint connections. I set both to disabled and then I was able to complete the connection.

@jened - If a remeber correctly, the traffic service is about $60 a year, weather is free.
