I just called the sprint number with the code and did exactly what was said to do and everything went fine, they said that it would take up to 60 days for this to show up on my billing. They did ask if my current email that I use with them would be a good email. Told them yes cause it was my home email. Now my only question is when I go the website to order my phone do I use my home email now or do I use
Firstname.lastname@accenture.com, if anyone could please answer that I would appreciate it thanks to all.
