RTLSNK04..any status on yours? My friend has the same status. Does he just need to reply with e-mail address?
I got back the same response that my email was not valid, I just emailed them back and told them I was going to talk with HR and get things straitened out and to cancel the order. I am guessing that I will try calling Sprint and give them the hierachy code and see what happens from there.........as of now no luck
