I think MAXTCEE is on the right track here. Tap on your clock on the home screen. You may see a list of cities there, but you will also see "My Location" - this is
supposed to get your location (most likely from cell tower information) and set your clock to that location. What it ALSO seems to do is set your weather information as well. My problem is that it does seem to work correctly - so I add and then choose the city I live in and both time and weather are correct now. But of course, YMMV.
