Here is what i believe we all are referring to:

Funny thing is, its really grey as it says simply "Uses GPS" without any confirmation or declination of actual services. The link to the navigation page does not clarify the device question either.

EDIT - The list clearly shows the 6700, Treo 600 and 650 as "Uses GPS" yet none of these are in dispute.
