The Garmin XT program is free. Can download it from Garmin free of charge and install it. But without the maps it does you no good.

Hit the Agree on the bottom of the page and download the installer.
Does not INCLUDE ANY MAPS.
Maps are not free and not included in the above link (MODS, link is direct from Garmin so I don't see any issues with post this).
