PS-- I'm not saying you're not having issues with your device. I'm not even implying that you don't have the right to complain. I just think your actions are incredibly irresponsible and petty, and more importantly, this forum meant to help people SOLVE problems, not create more problems, nor should it be a party for whining.

What I really think you should do is get Sprint to either give you the phone that you really want that will accommodate the needs you expect, or to drop your contract so that you are free to move on. I believe that technology should work for you, not make you work for it. Clearly you feel the Mogul makes you work too hard for it. I get it, but you made a choice to buy it. You had 30 days to change your mind, and now you're whining about the mistake. It's time for you to own up to your responsibilities and do the right thing... or at the bare minimum, prove to us that your complain is valid by documenting your case thoroughly and accurately.
