yeah that top part is a detailed description of the q1 update you're referring to. it was taken from the post about that washington something something agency reseaching the false adversments and failure to delieve on promisesw made for the mogul. the origin site is on the first page of that thread.

my question was, once we have the q1 update, from that description does it sound like it will be functional gps or locked into telenav? it would probably be my last straw with sprint if we had to wait for someone to come up with a hack to use the gps without paying a monthly fee, like many gsm phones offer.

I just can't bring myself to buy a bluetooth adapter.. its already in the phone, I already paid for it once and shouldn't have to again.
