Try taking out the battery and putting it back in. Then hold down the end/power key and the vol. down button. This should put you into the boot screen. Then connect your usb cable and run the ROMUpdateUtility. It will not open the Windows Mobile Device Center but that is ok. It should reflash without a problem.
