Guaranteed fix. Follow these steps...

#1: Backup all of your contacts, calendar, tasks, pictures, documents, and anything else saved on the phone itself. stuff on your storage card is fine, but backup the phone stuff. I suggest using MyPhone, found at http://myphone.microsoft.com and selecting contacts, calendar, tasks, and text messages. Then copy any pictutes and documents you have on the device to your storage card (don't select storage card as a sync option in MyPhone).

That is guaranteed to fix every one of those problems. Unless you have some sort of hardware issue (which I doubt you do) then you will think you have a new phone after following those steps.
