yes it is possible, the cabs are posted in the
║MightyROM.com║ ║Windows Phone®║ ║Sense UI║ ║01.10.2010║ thread, just click the attachments link and search ( ctrl+ f) "auto-weather-update", theres 3 cabs that do the update in 1 hour, 30 minutes, and 15 minutes. Good luck!
