I can't tell you what was promised and not delivered because, as I've said a couple times already, I don't have the phone yet. But I support the op doing whatever is necessary to get the problems he's experiencing fixed since I may buy a Mogul soon. Despite my request, you still haven't provided a better option than litigation for how we can work with Sprint to resolve these issues. I'd seriously love to know. And please don't tell me that it's switching phones or canceling and paying an ETF again.
