Yep sure is.. Hell if I had a verizon device I could of not only had the provisioning on lock but I also would of figured out the favorite button mapping by now.. Haha..

So to the verizon chefs hurry up already hehe..
If you need a hint on it look for the welcomecenter package in the sys..
Seems to be required for the LaunchSetMyButton package!!
