the problem is this, its more comfortable to wear the phone tilted forward a little bit instead of straight up, but it is just waiting to get caught on something like this. So, if you can remember to tilt it straight back up before say, getting in and out of a passenger seat in a car, than you'll be good to go. I haven't owned one yet long enough to give it a long term test, but i can see the swivel wearing out about 3 months into it. Unfortunately, there isn't really an option
