Nevermind, figured it out. Had to change the "Type" from 5 to 4 like for the HTC Home plugin, however, I'm also interested in how you hid the separator lines that divide the tabs and the different plugins

download UI tweaker and theres a setting for "horizontal screen bar" or something.. just change it to black instead of white grey or whatever its set to
