first go to - forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=75461 and download the cab on the fourth post and then download the ICS install from -

(make sure u type www on front of the both links as it wouldnt let me post it with the lkink for some odd reason)

and soft reset and fire up the htc wifi router and search from your computer and thats it you are all done (keep in mind your company may charge you data charges if you dont have unlimited data on your plan as this use ur data connection and make it look like a router so i hope u know what i am talkin about)
