Please forgive me if I come off rude when I say this and I mean no harm. But are you for real dude you have said 2 times that you had this thing flashed already no wonder why they couldn't activate it.

As stated previously if you do not have the information you will need to call cricket. Also your MSID is the same as the MIN not to be confused with your MDN.

There is a link in the tutorial for the PST setting they work I use them at least 5 times a week.
Also if you don't have the information needed call cricket and ask for it.
