Thought I just should share that I, so far, found a fix for the unlock delay!
For the fix, go to HKLM\SOFTWARE\LockStream\WakeupTimeWizardDelay and set the string to 0. Then soft reset and then the unlock should be instant with no freezing.

since you brought it up I have noticed it more and more. I am going to do your tweak right now and I will let you know. It seems to me that the more cabs i put on the worse it gets(not that bad though). I just think it's because were slowing our phones down a bit. But i will let you know.
