Now that really sucks, which is why I am just glad that they were able to repair/replace my screen. Like I told the service rep when he he couldn't do anything for me unless I reproduced the problem: "I guess I will just grin and bear the other issues for now". Good luck. (though I agree the attitude may have something to do with it, but I won't preach
