This morning my Mogul froze (as always) and so I did a soft-reset. Unfortunately, no matter how many times I performed the reset, it would just freeze at the Today Screen without loading any of the plug-ins. Finally, I decided to do a hard-reset. I did my hard reset, then threw on my programs (- the ones I recently put on) and everything was fine. After all this (1 1/2 hrs) I had everything the way I wanted it except for the HTC Kaiser homeplug... So, I messed with the appearance. Normally, it takes a few seconds, then pops up and all is well... Not this time. It just started freezing at the Today Screen again.

Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be?!
