Can anyone direct me to an explanation of the format for the above file, other than the fact the numbers within are in hex.

Specifically, what the different fields are for. I also see several repeats, such as those in section B being duplicated again in section F (or mostly duplicated as some in B don't exist in F).

I'm trying to tweak my volume, but found the volume increase to be present on calls i originate, but not those I receive.
